Global Energy Markets (GEM) is a vertically integrated petroleum company with particular emphasis placed upon middle market functions as a trader/supplier of crude and refined oil products to fill in gap needs for refineries worldwide.

GEM seeks to enter into processing agreements with oil refineries to purchase oil on their behalf, and to enter into joint ventures with companies to secure crude oil, refined oil, fuel and heating oil and by-products for resale.

GEM's plans include expanding the integration by providing consumer direct activities such as petrol stations, and to move into global production and refining operations.
