President and co-founder of Profunds and Proshares, Mr. Mayberg has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and investment banking fields. As a principal of GEM, his functions include arranging financing and confirming verifiable and valid oil contracts through 20 top world banks.

Fred Boldaji
With over 25 years business development experience, Mr. Boldaji has spent the last five years building relationships and joint ventures to secure allocations from the three top world suppliers of oil and fuel products.
